Time between the excitement of ordering and picking up over 3 months later, when there was absolutely no contact, meant the excitement had gone, the current car was great and the new car was just a purchase.

Elliot was good at offering us a good service when selling us the car. He was very clear on the options and excited about the car. I then got help from Andy to learn about the navigation and settings and he was excellent!!!

Although the experience at some dealerships (ironically one closest to me) was questionable, the experience with Vines was exemplary. Quick and efficient but thorough, with no problems whatsoever.

The car was purchased via the phone and on-line we did not visit the Mini centre until the day of collection. I had previously test driven a couple of Minis and I knew the exact specification I wanted and that was fulfilled at this centre.

There were no 'while you wait' appointments available until after my MOT was due. They said it had been cleaned, but it wasn't very clean.

Very expensive. £2,067 to de coke my engine manifold! Plus was charged £140.00 to reset engine light, but came on again 2 miles later on way home.

Stephanie explained everything, was really helpful, and managed to find a hire car at short notice (it wasn't obvious when booking a service online that I had to specifically ask for a hire car). The documentation was clear, and the video was great.

It was such a lovely surprise to see my MINI so exciting. The lovely red big bow was a great feature. Pity I couldn't take it with me ??. I was so pleased to have chosen the colour green and black. On the whole I was more than satisfied.
