The run up to pick up day was great and the handover was spot on. Only downside was that the car prep was rushed and the car wasn't perfectly cleaned. Considering I had 4 days notice on pickup and the car was at the dealership for 6 days.

Very helpful staff, organised a courtesy car then when car in garage I was kept informed at all stages. Video of car explaining what was wrong was really interesting

Everyone that i spoke to or dealt with on the day were really great! Polite and friendly.. They found me somewhere to work, and kept me informed of progress. Disappointed with the contact centre not being accurate at time of booking though..
